What types of drug tests do you offer?

We offer urine, hair, and saliva drug tests to meet your specific needs.

How long does it take to get drug test results?

Typically, our drug test results are available within 24 to 48 hours.

Do you provide drug testing for pre-employment screening?

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in the University Ridge Office Park at 1909 JN Pease Pl Ste 104, Charlotte, NC 28262. We are located on the Backside of the building!

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Feel free to contact us during these hours for any inquiries or to schedule an appointment.

What are your office policies?

Our office strictly follows all legal guidelines for drug testing and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. We ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of the office in between clients and each evening upon close of business to ensure the safety and health of staff and clients. We do ask that you wear a mask while in office. If you have experienced flu-like symptoms in the past 10 days, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. There may be times when we are extremely busy, in those cases you may be asked to call in once you have arrived at your appointment and wait in the car until you are asked to come into the office.

What is your Appointment Policy?

Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A non-Refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments not covered by employers! Payment is due in full prior to any testing or screening services. 

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

Please bring a valid form of ID, any pertinent paperwork provided by your employer(ePassport or QPassport), Paper Chain of Custody and a form of payment for any applicable fees.

May I bring Guest or Children with me to my Appointment?

For the safety and privacy of our clients, children and guests are not allowed in our lab and drug testing area unless being served .  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

 

How early should I arrive to my appointment?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure proper paperwork is completed prior to testing. Consent forms are also available online for you to print and bring with you to the appointment. If you are running more than 10 mins late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We will work with you to schedule the next appointment time available!

Cancelation Policy?

Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Late cancelations will result in a forfeiture of payment.

Do you accept Insurance?

At this time, we do not accept medical insurance. In some cases, your lab test and its payment may be accepted and reimbursed by your insurance company in accordance with the terms of your policy. Please check with your insurance company. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

Refund Policy?

Refunds are not available for drug testing services due to the nature of the service and the resources involved.

Shipping Policy?

We offer fast and discreet shipping for all drug testing products within the US. International shipping options are also available. Shipments are processed within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please note orders may take 7-10 business days from the date of shipment to arrive. To ensure that your order is  processed correctly please make sure that your address is entered correctly  and includes all relevant information such as abbreviation's, street numbers and letters. Apartment numbers and letters.
